DESCRIPTION:You and your fellow volunteers will participate in fun, hands-on forest restoration work led by DNDA’s Nature team. Restoration work includes removing invasive plants, planting native species, and mulching new plantings. Specific activities depend on the time of year and restoration progress at each site.\nWhat to bring:\n\nPlease dress appropriately with long pants, warm and dry layers, closed-toed shoes and rain gear as needed. We work rain or shine!\nBring any water you might want during the volunteer event\nIf you have your own pair of work gloves, feel free to bring them.
