Artplus’ Summer Youth Program is a yearly program hosted in collaboration with Seattle Housing Authority to provide FREE art, STEM, and recreational classes and activities for High Point residents during the summer. With up to 8 different classes based on a variety of programs like Leadership, Art in the Park, or Soccer, DNDA Teaching Artists bring an unforgettable summer to the High Point Community to keep kids outside and engaged.

The Summer Youth Program hires 6 youth interns during the summer to help facilitate programs and engage community members, while also providing youth with leadership skills, work experience, and professional development. Youth receive a stipend for successful completion of and participation in the program up to $1,200.
