Project 968 Presents a Restorative Workshop
In a world so full of doing, give yourself the freedom to just be. Fall can be a time so chock full of activity and excitement that we forget to take the time to unwind and find some stillness. This restorative two-hour event will offer space for you to reset your body, breath and mind – allowing your nervous system to recharge.
We will be fusing mindful movement, restorative yoga, myofascial release (cue the drooling!), and our breath to unwind the excess tensions that life can bring. Intentionally set late in the evening at the end of the week, Candle Lit Yoga will be the perfect catalyst for the deep, dreamy sleep you deserve. This practice is accessible to all, with plenty of props & modifications to accommodate your unique body.
