Nicole Ellis in 2013, Urban Dance Fitness incorporates a number of dance styles including Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Hula, Tahitian, Cheer, Dance Teams, Salsa and Bachata.

Karyn has an extensive background in the fitness industry. She became an ACE certified personal trainer in 2010 with additional certifications in designing sports conditioning workouts, hydration, fitness nutrition, sports nutrition for health and performance and sports performance training. She has worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2008, teaching a variety of classes: boot camps, core, HIIT, step aerobics and sports conditioning. She was introduced to Urban Dance Fitness in 2018. It ignited in her a genuine passion for dance, dance fitness, and choreography. She has been a UDF instructor fo 2 1/2 years.
