A Sense of Place: An Exploration of Traditional Storytelling

Saturday, January 11th 2020, 12pm – 4pm at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center

Come visit the upcoming Delridge Wetland Park and connect with your local community while listening to a series of indigenous storytellers share traditional knowledge and universal lessons. This event will feature prominent storytellers from the Haida, S’klallam, Samish, and Dakota tribes. The stories told will encourage us to reflect on our relationships with our daily environments and to deepen those bonds leading us to a stronger sense of place within our community.
