Working with our partner United Marketing, Inc., the property management company for the 7 properties owned by DNDA providing 144 affordable rental units, designed to support families earning 30–50% of the area median income.

BRANDON
COURT

Brandon Court, DNDA’s inaugural neighborhood development, offers 17 townhouse condominiums on its upper floors, some reserved for income-qualified, first-time homebuyers. The ground floor houses SouthWest Early Learning, a bilingual preschool, enriching the community with essential services.

MCLEAN
COMMONS

Adjacent to Brandon Court, McLean Commons offers 19 affordable housing units situated above the Delridge Library. Residents benefit from immediate access to library resources, the Delridge Grocery Co-op across the street, and nearby natural attractions like Longfellow Creek and Camp Long.

Centerwood Apartments provide 12 affordable two-bedroom units ideal for small families. Located near Westwood Village shopping center and Westcrest Park, residents enjoy convenient access to retail options and green spaces.

Housed in the historic Frank B. Cooper School, Cooper Artist Housing offers 36 live/work studios tailored for artists. Residents are immersed in a vibrant arts community with access to the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center’s diverse programs and nearby natural areas like Longfellow Creek and Puget Park.
Nestled in a tranquil residential area, Croft Place Townhomes comprises 21 units, seven of which are designated for families transitioning from homelessness. The community-centric design includes a central courtyard, play areas, and a communal building, fostering a supportive environment amidst lush greenery.
Delridge Heights provides 12 affordable units in various configurations to suit diverse family needs. Conveniently located near shopping hubs like Westwood Village and White Center, as well as Westcrest Park, residents have ample opportunities for leisure and daily necessities.
Holden Manor offers 10 thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartments in the heart of Delridge. Residents appreciate the serene environment with close proximity to Riverview Playfield and other local amenities.
One Community Commons stands as a testament to DNDA’s commitment to inclusive housing, offering 34 units designed for families, with specific accommodations for formerly homeless individuals and those with developmental disabilities. Located above the West Seattle Food Bank, residents have direct access to essential services and community support.

DNDA is an equal opportunity housing provider and does not discriminate against any applicant because of age, ancestry, breastfeeding in a public place, color, creed, disability, gender identity, marital status, national origin, parental status, political ideology, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, use of a Section 8 certificate, use of a service animal, military status or Veteran, or any other protected class within the City of Seattle.

Minimum Income: For apartments with Project Based Section 8 certificates, there is no minimum income. For all other apartments, applicants must earn at least two times the rent to qualify.

Maximum Income: Most apartments rented by DNDA are set aside for people that earn either 30% or 50% of Seattle Area Median Income based on the size of your household. Please refer to the chart below to see if you income qualify.
