Now Seeking Restoration Crew Leads

IMG_20150421_114304072DNDA’s Nature Consortium program is now taking applications to join our team of Urban Forest Restoration Crew Leads. This is a volunteer position that involves managing and leading teams of volunteers during regularly scheduled work parties. The crew lead(s) will get experience working in an urban forest restoration program and leading volunteers of all ages.

The position works on an on-call basis and has significant flexibility to determine their schedule. Strong candidates should have availability on  at least four Tuesdays or Saturdays per year from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to lead forest restoration work parties. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. 

The Nature Consortium program is a part of the Delridge Neighborhoods Development Association, which promotes growth in the Delridge corridor by providing vital resources including affordable housing, green spaces, arts and culture, and education.
