Plant your Future Forests with DNDA!

Sharing is caring!

Come plant with us in our urban forests while the sun is still shining! We have several exciting planting events coming up, which are a great way to get outside, connect with your community and enjoy the fall foliage.

Join us on Saturday, October 19th, for our annual Fall Duwamish Alive! volunteer event. We will be helping to protect our salmon (and orcas) by restoring important salmon spawning habitat. We will be working from 10 am to 2 pm at Camp Long and the Delridge Wetland Park.

On Saturday, November 2nd, we will be participating in Green Seattle Day, a fun, family-friendly restoration celebration held across the entire city. Our event this year will be held at Pigeon Point Park in the West Duwamish Greenbelt, taking place from 9 am to noon.

Mark your calendars and join us for either (or both!) of these fun events. More information and registration details can be found here.
