Connecting to Our Creeks: A Community Event

Join us for this free, family-friendly event to learn about the local ecosystem of Longfellow and other neighborhood creeks — including water, plants, and wildlife, and what we can do to keep these systems healthy. This event will be held on Wednesday, September 21 at the Duwamish Longhouse & Cultural Center, at 4705 W Marginal Way SW, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Light food and refreshments will be provided. Masking is encouraged.

Ken Workman of the Duwamish Tribe will give us the tribal welcome followed by presentations from Midsound Fisheries Enhancement Group, Beavers Northwest, Puget Soundkeepers Alliance, and Delridge Neighborhoods Development Association.
