Community Restoration Project

Join a neighborhood restoration project led by a Green Seattle Partnership forest steward, helping to restore an important natural area in our community.

This is a non-DNDA event but will follow much of the same format you know and love. Restoration work includes removing invasive plants, planting native species, and mulching new plantings, depending on time of year and the restoration needs at each site.

What to bring: Long pants, warm and dry layers, closed-toed shoes and rain gear as needed. Bring any water you might want during the volunteer event. If you have your own pair of work gloves, feel free to bring them. Signed youth waiver form, if under 18.
