Save the Date(s): Green Seattle Day and Fall Duwamish Alive!

es, the sun is still shining and, yes, there’s still another month before fall begins. But it’s already time to start thinking about planting season!
On Saturday, October 19th, we will be hosting our annual Fall Duwamish Alive! volunteer event, one of more than a dozen coordinated events taking place throughout the Green-Duwamish Watershed. We will be working from 10 am to 2 pm at Camp Long in West Seattle.
On Saturday, November 2nd, we will be participating in Green Seattle Day, a citywide day of restoration and outdoor service work. Our event this year will be held at Pigeon Point Park in the West Duwamish Greenbelt, taking place from 9 am to noon.
