Community Health
Dear Community,
We want you to know that DNDA is keeping current with news and advice shared by Public Health – Seattle & King County, and as an organization that connects and convenes its community, we have decided to remain open to the public at this time.
If you plan to attend an event at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center, please know that we are taking extra cleaning measures building-wide. We ask that that those who are sick or considered at-risk avoid gatherings, and please adhere to the following list of health tips for the safety of yourselves and others:
- Stay home when you are sick
- Increase personal hygiene habits, washing your hands with soap and water frequently, coughing into a tissue or your elbow, and avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth
- Stay away from people who are ill, especially if you are at higher risk for Coronavirus
- Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects within your home (like doorknobs and light switches). Regular household cleaners are effective.
- Get plenty of rest, drink plenty of fluids, eat healthy foods, and manage your stress to keep your immunity strong
If you have questions about the status of an upcoming event at Youngstown, please contact us at office@dnda.org or 206-935-2999.
Thank you, and stay healthy.
