Pi Day in DNDA’s Croft Forest — EVENT CANCELLED

Update 3.13.20: This event has been cancelled.

You and your fellow volunteers will participate in fun, hands-on conservation work led by staff with DNDA’s Urban Forest Restoration Program. Restoration work includes removing invasive plants, planting native species, and mulching new plantings, depending on the restoration progress in each site. Work parties will be followed by a lunch provided by DNDA at the Croft Community Room from 1pm – 2pm.

What to Bring: Please dress appropriately with long pants, warm and dry layers, closed-toed shoes and rain gear as needed. Please bring a refillable water bottle.

What We Provide: Tools, gloves, training and safety talk, a light granola bar snack and a jug of water.
